Anyone know what's wrong (image verification fix)

I installed the image verification script because I am getting spam messages, but for some reason, my verifyimage.php shows a broken image. I can't see any of the numbers. How can I fix this?

Carbonize's Image Verification Script works great. Perhaps you missed some of the steps in the instructions.

Did you replace the code at the top of the addentry.php file to:

[code] include("verify.php");
$include_path = dirname(__FILE__);[/code]

You may need to re-do the steps in the verification's readme file.
