I have used AlexNet polls in the past but they are very slow.

My ISP, TSH put me on to your Poll.

I am moderately ok with html, but little background with php.

What I did was install the Poll following the defaults. What happend was my website's home page was replaced with a lot of php - embarrassing. (Deleted the poll and uploaded my site again).

What I ask is how do you install the poll, and get the php code to paste into a web page?
