After i put back the deleted comments, now it has slowed down again.
Is there a fix for this? I have search all this forum and I can't find a solution.

Oh - okay - that is probably something that should be looked into. How many comments do you have and at what point (number) did you notice that it was slogging everything down? As I said above though the guestbook was made to have one or two comments per post at most.
