webmaster's reply to the guest comments? I can't say that I know what you are talking about. My feeling is that the comments should be for the webmaster only, but I do realize that many people allow their guests to post comments. I believe the comments should require a password and be for the webmaster to respond to entries posted in the book - but that's just me.

I call the guest's messages the [b]entries[/b], and the webmaster's messages the [b]comments[/b].

To change the comments, you need to edit the file with a good editor. I use the editor in my FTP program because it does not add whitespace which will cause an error. Do you have an FTP program with an editor?

You can also change it using CPanel. In CPanel, select File Manager and navigate to the guestbook's templates file. Then click on the com.php file and select edit in the right pane.
