Links Server Error problem

I have researched the forum for previous topics for help and I am still having a problem with a server error & I cannot access the admin either.

Here are my specifics:

#!/usr/bin/perl - this is as noted in my cpanel

Administration:
http://www.i-host.ws/cgi-bin/links.pl?admin=enter

# url of script
$cgiurl = "http://www.i-host.ws/cgi-bin/links.pl";

# base url to all link files without trailing "/"
$link_url = "http://www.i-host.ws/links";

# base directory to all link files from the server root without trailing "/"
$base_dir = "/home/ihost/public_html/links";

# default index page of your choice
$index_url = "http://www.i-host.ws/links/ffa-business.html";

Does anyone see my problem? I know that the root directory has "public_html" right before the links directory. All of my html knowledge is self-taught, so I am probably missing something fairly small.

Thanks.
