How do I remove the URL option from add entry page?

I am having a problem with human spammers leaving a message with the intention of including a link to their homepage to increase their hits. How do I make it so that it is not an option to leave a URL?

edit form.php in templates and remove the that contains the homepage input. Then in entry.php delete $URL. I actually made Homepage an option in lazarus
