Can i ban Anonymous IP Spammers too?

The simple antispam mod doesn't seem to be working anymore.
Actually, it does work, but new spammers, mostly from france keep coming back (laughing). The spammers have bogus ip's and have their proxy set to random.
Same spammers, different ip's.

I been thinking about going back to my websites and scrambling the mailto: email addresses. I have about 10 emails listed over about 1500 pages up now.
