You should search the phpwcms support forum. There is some discussion on using Advanced poll in phpwcms. Here are a couple, but all you have to do is click on their search button and type in advanced poll.

http://www.phpwcms.de/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4834&highlight=advanced+poll

http://www.phpwcms.de/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3310&highlight=poll

The answers are in the posts.
{PHP:my_external_PHP_script.php}

Use: This tag supports complete external php scripts, ending with the *.php suffix. Phpwcms buffers output to enable these scripts to execute. Very robust including connections to remote databases. See forum for details and usage.
Notation: {PHP:my_external_PHP_script.php}
Result: -
Remark: The file name including the necessary indication of path is to be entered. Longer PHP scripts should be merged if necessary within iframe within phpwcms.

the Replacementtags used in phpWCMS are casesesitive. So
is not the same as
.
In your code for external php, you are not calling the poll script. You are just calling the cookie:
{PHP:iblibertad/encuesta/poll_cookie.php}
I think this is the poll script:
{PHP:http://iblibertad/encuesta/poll.php}
Include poll with external php [SOLVED]
http://www.phpwcms.de/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3310&highlight=poll
