Advanced Poll: templates not working

Thank you for reading this.

I am trying to add a poll to a page outside the /poll/ directory. While the poll seems to work beautifully, the template colors are not being used. The images used for the bars are working but the border and background color of the title just do njot show up. I am guessing this is some sort of file path issue as the previews and demos inside the /poll/ directory look perfect.

How do I modify the code I have copied from the demo page so that templates work one level up from the poll directory?

I just noticed that Advanced Poll is not valid xhtml. This might be causing the problems, rather than a directory issue.
