if i wanted users to only vote on the poll once in every month do i need to check the box for ip tables, or doesnt that matter? also next to that box is a time which was set to 2 hours does this mean i need to change it to 720 hours (which i got from 24 hours in a day, roughly 30 days in a month, 24 x 30 = 720).
