Daily Counter displays "11"

I've done my best to set the counter up, but no matter what I try, I can only get it to display the text "11".

This is rather annoying, so does anyone have any suggestions? I've modified the config.inc.php file with the correct addresses for inclusion, and CHMOD'd the files as per the instructions.

Website URL is http://www.fneeb.co.uk and the counter is in the Info box on the left, underneath the date / time - you can identify where the counter has been included as there's the text "11" there

I have installed the counter on my site
set up database for it
changed in the config to true for the database to be used
but when it runs on the site all that is displayed is the number 11
can anyone help

Ok understand what the 11 is
3 other people went to the site now it says 44
but why does it not display all the stuff that is on the demo.php???????
please help
