I think it's because of an old syntax used in these modules :

/admin/common.inc.php :
/booth.php
/png.php
/include/class_poll.php
/poll_cookie.php

In these 5 files, you have to change

$HTTP_SERVER_VARS by $_SERVER
$HTTP_GET_VARS by $_GET
$HTTP_POST_VARS by $_POST
$HTTP_COOKIE_VARS by $_COOKIE
