Date Options

I'm kind of stuck here.. My old guestbook I had used messed up, not this one but another.. So I've switched to this one, and I love it!. But now I need to import my old posts to this one.. I'll just do them manually, but my question is, when I goto edit a date in the SQL it has all numbers, how can I switch the date?
