Just wanted to mention my gratitude for Advanced Poll.

I've used it for a contest I'm holding at the moment, and it was so easy to customise I was amazed.

I had 1/2 month of accepting entries for the contest now the other 1/2 of this month is voting on the entries using advanced poll.

I made a custom template and had to edit a bit of code to get it just right for my application, but compared to other opensource I've used, it's awesome.
