We recently lost our old guestbook and was trying to reinstall a new one.

However, when we try to install it via http://www.orpheusdive.com/guestbook/install.php or we are getting is a blank screen

'config.inc.php' has been set up correctly and this is the settings of the server http://www.orpheusdive.com/guestbook/test.php
