1. is it possible to set a confirm query before a entry get deletet? (the delete and the edit button are really close near, so if i am maybe someday a bit unalert, i will - fore sure - delete a posting instead of editing it.)

2. how can i add customized fields for example for a "skype" username? is it in general possible to set own customized fields?
