2.3.4 -> 2.4.1 upgrade, lost utf-8 support?

I just upgraded. When viewing the old entries the swedish characters å,ä and ö are suddenly displayed as "?" instead.

My browser views the page in UTF-8. When forcing the browser to view the page in Western ISO-8859-1 encoding it looks as it should. What can I do?

you can change the character set in the language file english.php

I don't understand why the charset tag would of been changed though.

Ok, I compared it with my old version and it says
[code]$LANG["metatag"] = "";
[/code]

so I will change it back to that, it should work nicely! Thanks!
