https://proxy2.de/forum/posts/list/3.php JForum - http://www.jforum.net Im having a hard time trying to make the advanced poll to work with the shtml extension,so i placed a post here beforer and someone told me that the advanced poll doesnt work with IIS (Microsoft Internet Information Service) so am not totally agree with that but hey im just a newbie so i went back to my server and reformat it and instead of installing the IIS i just replaced with APACHE SERVER and the weird part is I STILL GET THE SAME PROBLEM which is when i try to run the advanced poll using the shtml extension i got that error message [b](Poll ID does not exist )[/b] but the thing is the poll does exist if i run same poll on php extension it works so what am i doing wrong here,what is the fix for that?

Ps. beforer someone comes here and tells me that the poll doesnt work on shtml pages,dont forget to take a look at the sample on the advanced poll home page cause it does work on shtml pages and ive seen the page working on shtml pages on the internet, so what i need its a helpful hint here.

PS2: Im able to run others polls scripts without any problems
