How to Pay for Adv. Poll

I have implemented Adv. Poll (great script!) on a web site I am developing for a customer (I'm a web designer) and now he would like to have the links to proxy2.de removed from the footers - more for the sake of saving space rather than trying claim authorship (there are several pages with up to 9 polls on each page !).
Yesterday I read somewhere that one could pay some amount for being allowed to remove the links, but I can't find it anymore.
Can anyone help?

Tom
