1. I copied the files to a folder called "guestbook" on my server.
2. Then I ran the install.php and filled in the empty fields and then clicked on "Create new DB and Table" But I got the following error when I used the above DbName and user.

Please tell me if there is a step I am missing. Here is the error message:
