Today I upgraded the guestbook to 2.4.2.

My guestbook language is German and I have some problems with ä, ö, ü.

In the tempaltes I changes all these codes to the HTML codes as e.g. &uuml;
The only problem I still have is the e-mail notifiaction message. In these messages the codes are wrong. Is it may be better to change the language to ISO 8859-1, but if yes, where can I do this.
