A script kiddie is attacking my polls, clearly running up numbers. Is there any way to put a human verification system into the Voting, such as requiring the Captcha to click to vote?

Neither IP nor Cookie security is going to help me here, as (from the IP log) the script is pulling and faking IP's, and clearing cookies.
