Sorry maybe this problem posted already, but since yesterday I looking at it, but I cannot find it easy!

I installed the [b]Animated Counter 1.1[/b] but it should be like in demo every time I reload the page then the number will add one, but with me I install everything well and everything goes fine, but since weeks the number is the same. I would like to reloaded every time I refresh the page.

Can anybody tell me please what is the problem? and why is this? and how can I fix this problem?
