Advanced Guestbook Upgrade

I appreciate I am a PHP & MySQL biff.

But how do you upgrade an existing AGB (2.4.1) to version 2.4.3 without losing all the entries.

I updated as follows:
1. Install the New Files,
2. Configured the config.inc.php with current database setting
3. CHMOD Public & TMP Folders to 777.
4. Run the Install.php

I did try the access the AGB after step 3 but it came back the a DB error. Once I ran step 4 all previous entries disappeared, but the AGB worked.

Being a biff I did forget to backup the DB prior to update (note to self BACKUP, BACKUP, BACKUP), so all is lost this time but would appreciate the information for the next iteration of AGB.

My stupidity aside, I love AGB, so keep up the great work.

Cool. I knew it had to be easy.

Am I correct to persume its run instead of Install.php ?????

Now who do I talk/type to to get this added to the Doc/Readme.TXT so that others do not have the same problems I had.
