This is how you upgrade Advanced Poll db to a later version.

Download the latest release. Upload the db directory to your site (you probably want it in the same directory as your poll).

Open a browser and go to http://www.yoursite/your_directiry_of_the_poll/db/misc/upgrade_db.php

Voila
