method not allowed error

Hi everyone,

I know this is a long shot but wondered if anyone could help me with the following error;

Error 405 Method Not Allowed

The requested method POST is not allowed for URL /Blog/templates/Array%5Badmin%5D

I have chmod the tmp and public folders to 777 and have all the files there to my belief and all the tables are there. However when I try to login to the admin panel wth "admin" and "pass" it comes up with this error. I can only think of it as a login error but have no idea why it would come up with a 405 error.

Really appreciate your help in this guys and cheers for looking after the posts guys...
