AP via Fantastico on Joomla 1.5

I have joomla! 1.5 and installed Advanced Poll via Fantastico. I put the cookie code above the html on index.php. I made 3 polls, then created a custom module where I put:

include_once "/home/torahwom/public_html/polls/booth.php";
echo $php_poll->poll_process("random");
?>[/code]

When I publish the module, all I see is:

[code]poll_process("random"); ?> [/code]

Any suggestions?
