I am trying to install the above counter and was following the instructions the best I could.

But when it said to create a directory called pages and upload the count.txt file to the pages directory.

I have looked all throught the download and cannot find a count.txt file - I am really stupid and missed something or can someone offer some assistance please?

Just thought I'd let you know that I figured it out

The count.txt file should really say the demo.txt file which is in the pages folder, upload the demo.txt file and set the permissions accordingly and then paste the code

<img src="../counter/counter.php?page=demo&digit=7seg" alt="Counter" border="0"">

on whatever page you want the counter.

A bit confusing, but got there in the end.
