Change you email.php instead of the entry.php to this:

By doing it this way it will still collect their email but not display it. If you ever want it back just remove the to uncomment the line.

Wrong on so many levels.

1 - Your method still shows the text version of the email
2 - Your method only stops the email link from being displayed in the browser but it is still there in the source code.
