I have installed the Guestbook, but I have some problems with it.

I can reach the guestbook by www.mywebsite.nl/guestbook, just as http://proxy2.de/guestbook.

However, my page gives only the Guestbook, while the proxy website gives the guestbook and the logo's and menu's of the proxy website.

As a result, I can't get back to the home page for example, which is possible at this website.

Can someone explain me how this works?
