Can't evaluate form variables in php under Win98SE

Hi all,
I have PHP script that operates with variables achieved from previous formular, but they are all undefined (isset = false). Under Linux with same Apache and PHP (is as CGI too) the same script works best.

I've sent form in both methods get and post, but doesn't work any.

Had somebody similar situation? How can I solve it?

my configuration:
win98 second edition
Apache 2.0.39
PHP 4.2.1 as CGI

You can mail me to mhrtko@yahoo.com.

-Michal-
