So here are the main problems:

[b]Problem #1[/b]
I've included the poll_cookie.php as a require(); command and pasted the code inside my .php files (works the same) - but still - users can vote as many times as they whant. They just need to close the browser and open it again. (no 24 hours expiration)

This was the main one.

[b]Problem #2[/b]
When someone votes from page that has an adress with variables (ex. /index.php?mode=news&daytime=evening) - he gets a results redirection to the same page but with no variables in fact. so everything after the .php extension of a page is just cut away.

[b]Problem #3[/b]
The randomizer does not work. It sais that there is no poll with such an id. Note: that it still works when you give the id or the newest command.
