I changed some header information only in the \lang\english.php, which i thought i could do without problem, but i thought wrong.....This is the only time i see it is when i log into the administration.

do a search on "warning: cannot modify header information".
After searching it will most likely be a post by me.
Or remove any 'white sapce' you may have inadvertedly put in by accident.

There were about 10 lines of space after my <? at the end of the english.php file....i have no idea how they got there, it must have been in my editing software (or i hit enter and didnt know it - user error). Thanks Auron.
