If you enjoy gaming, you may relate to the situations I've had with Microsoft and Epic Games (Gears of War 1&2). After a rather lengthy description of issues, there is a forum you can join and participate and share your ideas on cheating, lagswitching, poor technical support, etc.

By the way, after "preview" of this guestbook entry, you can't go back and edit or change what you've written without losing the previous information. You have to start completely over again. That should maybe be fixed... Ya think??
