									I installed Advanced Poll.

when I go into General Settings and change the Title and the number of responses for a new poll, it looks as though they have been saved. However, if I go to Create A New Poll, it doesn't change the number of responses and I notice the title doesn't change. Why aren't the settings staying put?

What files? The installation instructions aren't very specific about chmod-ing any particular files.

Correction: I should say that the instructions aren't very specific about any additional files beyond the folders/directories mentioned needing to be chmod'ed.

Are there specific additional files that should be chmod'ed?

All right, I've chmod'ed all the files, but I'm still having the same problem. Any other files that I might have missed?

I'm using the textfile version of Advanced Poll.

There are no more chmod's than those i posted.
Are you sure you got the correct poll path in the admin area under configuration?

Yes, because when I first change the paths, for example, if I change the Images path and hit save settings, I can see the images instead of little red x's for missing images. Then, I click on any other link (it doesn't matter which one), and the images are gone.

Also, I changed the number of options available for a new poll question from 10 to 12 and no matter how often I change it and save settings, my new poll always only has 10 options.

I am going to post my information to be double certain I am putting the paths correctly in admin.

Here is the full path to my poll:

  http://<mydomain>/polls

  Admin location: http://<my domain>/polls/admin

  Images location: http://<my domain>/polls/image

Now, under the General settings, I put the path to polls as: ../polls

And under images, I put the path as ../image

I think that I might have the wrong syntax for the first path, but I'm pretty sure that the image path is correct because it's the only path that will show the images. Any other pathing will not show the images.
