Hi
Is there a way to add more fields to the Advanced Guestbook like
City, State
Email
Etc...
Also is there a way for users to view the guestbook?
Thanks so much for your help,
Marcia

If you right-click on "Sign the guestbook" and select "properties", you will see that this is an image called "signing.gif". Edit templates/body.php (around line 5) and remove the code that calls the image:
The dropdown menu is used for navigating through pages. I have also found it useful during emergency recovery on some websites. I would advise against removing it. In your Administration Panel, there is a place to select how many guestbook entries you want on a page. I think most people use 10 or 15 per page. When you have more guestbook entries than the number per page, you use the dropdown menu to move to the next page. You can also put your own links there. If you visit this site's guestbook and use the dropdown menu, you will see how this works.
If you don't want it, perhaps reading up on how it is set up would give you an idea on how to remove it:

Visitors view your guestbook by clicking on a link you provide. Put a link to your guestbook on your web pages.
As far as adding fields, this has been discussed before. Do a search. I searched for "fields." There are a lot of posts on this. Here are a few:
