If I check "Check IP table" in General Settings, and the script logs everyone's IP, does that mean no one with the same IP can vote? My site is a local site and many people use the same IP, I don't want other people with the same IP to be banned from voting, what to do?

Also what is meant by "locking timeout"? Thanks in advance for any help.

On my site there is 4 polls availables and when somebody vote in one of these polls, he can't vote in a other poll...
I would like that people can vote one time in each poll. How can i do?
