Advanced Poll -- IP table(s) or records of all votes?

Dear sirs, thanks a lot for very usefull script!
Works excellent for 2 years!

I would like to ask you for a mod or a tip: I need a table(s) of all votes (may be with IP's like identifiers).
Just it and nothing more - neither more of graphic interfaces, nor export features. I can download that data from MYSQL.

What is it for?

For example, if the question 1 is about sex - male / female
And Q2 is about smoking - yes / no

And when all answers are both 50/50

I need to know whether it is

So is it possible to reorganize somehow tables so that I could get the only 1 like

(may be without IP in this case)

or each for each poll like

I can manage DataBases, but not experienced with PHP...

Can anyone help or just give a tip, a bit of advice?
