Advanced Poll - Message error in index when I use (include)

Hallo everybody

I used your Poll script, and I liked it very well, it is just perfect

I'm working in a personal website, and I just found the good poll I always needed. However
when I inculde it, it works but it the server shows these following errors:

Could you please help me to fix this error?!

Did you set the path in the config file?

Yes! everything is OK in the settings :s
I just don't know why those errors message appear :s

Change the include code in your index.php file so it uses the full path of the file to be included.
