I have had a few people go to my site, but they cannot vote, it says they already have I know they have not voted yet?
How do i fix this

It's a proxy problem. Your users are using the same proxy.

how do i stop the "proxy" problem(i do not have proxies setup)

disable ip logging since your users hava all the same ip adress
