I have installed 2.03 version of advanced poll, and everything is working fine. But when writting pool i only can write in english. So my question is can i write poll in cyrillic alphabet? So that my poll name and answers be in cyrillic.

find solution. In folder lang-english type utf-8. This solve problem for cyrillic alfabet.
