I installed Advanced Poll on my site, but after I removed it, I cant access my site's homepage! (www.alscomputerfixes.com). What happened?

link and source code of your homepage please.

did you only remove the pieces of code for the poll?
did you delete any files you shouldn't of?
cleared it from the database, if you used the database version?
