Couldn't Log in to Admin, Now my guestbook won't load at all

Help!
I couldn't log in to my adminstration control panel this morning and after looking into the config.inc.php I found that my name and password had both been changed. I won't list the username but the password was changed to "CtTkseeBD_" i tried entering that into the reset password thing I foud on here but it didn't do any good. After that I upgraded it from 2.3.1 to 2.3.3 and I still can't get in! At first the page wouldn't load at all so I downloaded 2.3.4 from this site and then replaced the index.php file it was showing errors in, i can't get in the admin control panel but atleast the guestbook is working again

Sir I did try that and it did not work. I even mentioned it in my post "the reset password thing I foud on here but it didn't do any good."

The script I wrote and that is listed in that thread will change the password and username back to their defaults.
