Display poll in webpage?

I've got my index.php file displaying the poll just fine. Now how do I insert the small poll into my home page into a small table? I want the form to actually be displayed in a small table on my home page?

By the way - I am trying to do this using FrontPage. I have tried using several include functions - but it doesn't appear to work?

Frontpage won't preview php. You have to upload it to your webserver and try it there. The code that comes with Adv. Poll in the admin area will show what code to add.
