What file do I need to edit in order to edit the text "Thank you for stopping by my site. Here you can leave your mark." located on the first page of Advanced Guestbook?

u must change to lang subfolder and edit corresponding .php (if u use only english - english.php, if u use more languages - all corresponding files for them) on row 12:
