Hi, I run a website, and recently upgraded the guestbook to 2.3.3 in CPanel (although not sure if it actually did, since the gbook still says 2.3.1 on the bottom), and since I did, you get an error message when you try to sign it. The link is http://www.180mosquito.ca/gbook/index.php.
If you click on "sign the guestbook" you get:
Warning: main(/home/mosquit/public_html/gbook/lib/add.class.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/mosquit/public_html/gbook/addentry.php on line 9
Warning: main(): Failed opening '/home/mosquit/public_html/gbook/lib/add.class.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/mosquit/public_html/gbook/addentry.php on line 9
Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: addentry in /home/mosquit/public_html/gbook/addentry.php on line 11
I'm pretty new with all this, and hopefully it's an easy fix, thanks in advance for any help.

Apparently there is a problem with the latest cPanel specially where the guestbook script is concerned. Download it from here and update manually.

I had the same problem and I found that add.class.php was misnamed to add.class.php.up so I renamed it and now my guestbook works. It's still the older version but it's a lot easier than reinstalling the whole thing. Hope this helps others.
