guestbook is working except that thumbs are not being optimised and are same file size as origional, just reduced in dimensions.

the new host does have GD Library installed any suggestions on how I could get this happening?

Are you sure you didn't customize and accidentally delete something? A link would help...

I have installed a nice vanilla gb and still same problems

gb is at

admin still default password
