Help Please- Implementing the advanced poll code in html

Hello
I'm new to php language ..I used to deal only with html.. I loved the poll script you have and liked to try it so here what I did.
I uploaded the script with all its folder and everything works ok ..I was able to get to the admin page and create a new poll but i didn't know how to implemented in my html page.
can you help please?all replies are much appreciated!

If anyone has used this script before and is willing to help me every step of the way..can you pm plz?

Thank you Auron for all your help ..the test poll is working very nicely now.

But I didn't get the poll list at the bottom just like it is in the demo 3 on this site should I add something else under it? or that is included in the poll script and I messed up somewhere?
