Help with one modification

I have my poll set up.. www.earachefm.com click on song of the month... what I need to know and I can't seem to figure out is... when the cookie stopper works, which it does, I want to show it more obvious... how can I modify the you've already voted part to change it's color and size... I can't seem to find out which .php it's even on....

I couldn't find any poll or "song of the month" link. Can you make it a little easier to find, like the direct link?
