How do you edit addentry.php?

Hi, I'm trying to edit addentry.php. Where does this page receive it's content from? I'm actually trying to turn this guestbook into a classified page at http://www.808liquidator.com/classified.htm , but I need to change all the Guestbook info into Classified info or list your items text.

I would really appreciate your help...I'm have very little knowledge of PHP.

You may want to edit the tempates some to make it look like a classifieds page. Also remove the private message option or do you want them to be able to post private messages?
